Roberto De Zerbi endured a difficult start to life in the Premier League, with Tottenham’s heavily rebuilt squad suffering a clear defeat against Brentford. Spurs responded strongly just days later, though, cruising to a 5-1 League Cup victory over Charlton. New signing Savio made an immediate impact from the bench, contributing both a goal and an assist.
